Prior to joining CMLS in 2011, Mr. Amodeo spent 20 years with several prominent Canadian financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.

Paul Fallone has an extensive background in financing all types of income producing assets in major markets across Canada, with a particular focus on apartment, retail, office, and industrial buildings in Ontario and Quebec. His transaction experience includes an aggregate deal value exceeding $15B with a variety of products including term, value-add, and construction loans. He works with institutional investors and advisors, REITs, and private developers. Mr. Fallone has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining CMLS in 2017, Mr. Fallone held various senior management positions at several prominent Canadian and international financial institutions. Mr. Fallone holds a Bachelor degree from Ryerson University, a Master of Business Administration and a post-graduate Diploma in Real Estate Development from The Schulich School of Business, York University. 

Paula Gasparro handles various types of financing for all income producing assets in major markets across Canada, with a focus on CMHC insured financing for Multi-Unit Rentals, Affordable Housing, Seniors Housing, Student Housing. She works with institutional investors and advisors, REITs, and private developers. She has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining CMLS in 2018, Paula held senior management positions at Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation (CMHC) for 16 years, bringing in depth expertise in commercial underwriting, product development, and policy.

Matt Hadaway handles various types of financing for all types of income-producing assets in major markets across Canada, with a focus on CMHC insured multi-unit rentals. Matt works with institutional investors, advisors, REITs, and private developers across all asset classes. Mr. Hadaway has over 3 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining CMLS, Mr. Hadaway held various roles at non-bank financial institutions where he underwrote loans for all types of real estate income-producing assets. Mr. Hadaway attended Wilfrid Laurier University where he earned an Honours BBA, focusing on finance and minoring in economics. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Robert Liu has extensive experience in providing financing solutions for all asset classes across Canada, including Term, CMHC, High Yield, and Construction. His clients include institutional investors, developers, and owner-operators. Mr. Liu has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.

Prior to joining CMLS in 2020, Mr. Liu worked in the Debt Capital Markets and Advisory industry, cultivating a wide range of expertise in real estate, commercial and corporate financing. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce, majoring in Finance from the University of Calgary.

Chris Minor is an expert in all income-producing assets, with a particular focus on multi-family, industrial and retail. He works with income-producing owners and developers across Canada. Mr. Minor has 13 years of experience in commercial mortgages.

Prior to joining CMLS in 2013, Mr. Minor worked for over a decade in the commercial real estate lending industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto with a major in economics.

Chris Sharp has financed a variety of income-producing asset types over the course of his career, establishing relationships with borrowers and commercial mortgage brokers. He has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial finance.

Prior to joining CMLS in 2009, Mr. Sharp held senior origination and management positions with a variety of Canadian and international financial institutions. He arranged financing for commercial real estate, golf and resort properties, and construction/development projects. He was also involved in equipment and asset-based lending. Mr. Sharp is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Erin Solmundson handles various types of financing for all asset classes of income-producing properties, including conventional and CMHC insured, as well as high-yield financing opportunities across all Canadian markets. Ms. Solmundson has over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate financing.

Prior to joining CMLS in 2022, Ms. Solmundson held various roles at non-bank lender institutions focused primarily on commercial credit risk management and investor relations. Ms. Solmundson has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in real estate management and finance from the Ryerson University.”

Jesse Green specializes in various types of financings across all types of income producing assets, with a particular focus towards multi-family residential and senior’s housing. His clientele ranges from locally run family businesses to private investment funds and publicly traded REITs. Mr. Green has over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate and has participated in CMHC insured and conventional transactions across Canada.

Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Real Estate Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Jordan Carmichael provides various types of financing solutions to a diverse client base, from small-scale to institutional developers, builders, and owner-operators, with a particular focus specializing in structuring commercial real estate loans and supporting clients through the development process. Jordan guides clients through all asset classes nationally, including conventional and insured lending, with expertise that encompasses residential, commercial construction. 

Prior to joining CMLS in 2024, Mr. Carmichael held positions at major Canadian financial institutions, and a private credit firm. Jordan has over 10 years of experience in both real estate and banking, specializing in real estate construction and development financing. He holds a commerce degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Guelph.

Maryam Monadi works with clients to provide holistic financing solutions for commercial real estate investors & developers. Ms. Monadi has extensive experience leading large, complex, strategic program & initiatives across multiple industries. She collaborates closely with her clients to provide creative and unique credit structures on a variety of different commercial real estate asset classes. She is involved in the entire end to end process from origination to underwriting and funding, to ensure a smooth client experience. 

Maryam has two decades of combined work experience at a major Canadian financial institution, as well as consulting experience at a Global Consulting firm with fortune 500 companies as clients. She also holds a degree in Engineering which often factors into the technical and quantitative analysis she brings to her deals.
