David Wilson’s primary focus is on conventional term, CMHC insured and development/construction financing for a variety of asset classes. He has 14 years of experience in commercial finance.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2016, Mr. Wilson spent 13 years with a major Canadian financial institution, where he delivered financing solutions for clients across a diverse range of industries, including multi-family and commercial real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Mr. Wilson obtained a business administration degree with a concentration in investment management from Nova Scotia Community College.
