CMLS is pleased to introduce our CMLS Prime Partnership Program for 2024. A program designed to reward our Broker Partners as well as their Agents for both volume & efficiency on Prime CMLS, Financière CMLS, and CMLS Connect residential mortgages funded in 2024. As a CMLS Partner, you can receive a host of volume and efficiency bonuses, with rewards increasing as funded volume grows and efficiency performs.
CMLS Partners can earn up to 10 bps of bonuses in addition to our excellent upfront and renewal commission options.
Introducing a fresh update for 2024! Alongside the team volume and efficiency bonuses highlighted in the first chart below, CMLS now offers individual agents an extra bonus as an enhanced reward for their support.
These supplementary bonuses vary from $2,500 to $12,500 in total, as outlined in the second chart below.

All CMLS Prime Partnership Program bonuses will be paid annually after the Dec 31st 2024 year end.
Appraisal Reimbursements for live mortgage applications submitted in 2023 must be requested within 30 days of the file funding.
Appraisal Reimbursements are no longer offered via the CMLS Prime Partnership Program on files submitted in 2024.
AVEO Volume does not form part of the CMLS Prime Partnership Program in 2024.
