Beverly WhiteSenior Vice President
Beverly White is responsible for providing commercial servicing consultation at a senior executive level. She also works with the executive team on special projects that drive business initiatives. Ms. White has more than 35 years of mortgage servicing experience, primarily in the commercial mortgage arena.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2006, Ms. White held several senior positions with some of Canada’s largest diversified commercial mortgage originator/servicers. She has built her servicing experience in commercial construction servicing, merchant banking, commercial mortgage account management, and residential and commercial mortgage servicing. Ms. White holds an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Jennifer Froment, CPA, CA, CFAVice President & Managing Director
Jennifer Froment oversees the commercial servicing division. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the team and all aspects of commercial servicing operations. She has more than 15 years of experience in audit, accounting and financial services.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2011, Ms. Froment built her career at large international audit firms in Vancouver and abroad. She worked in the hedge fund administration industry and held a controllership role prior to joining CMLS. Ms. Froment holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a designated Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
Lorenzo CoccoSenior Vice President
Lorenzo Cocco is responsible for all aspects of commercial mortgage origination and credit risk across Canada. Mr. Cocco has more than 20 years of experience in commercial mortgages, structured finance and corporate finance.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2007, Mr. Cocco held several senior executive positions in the Canadian banking industry. He has led commercial origination operations and credit risk management, and has had responsibilities in mortgage trading and institutional mortgage investor relations. Mr. Cocco holds an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and a graduate degree in business from Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany.
Mark AdamsVice President & Managing Director
Mark Adams is responsible for commercial credit risk across Canada, managing the analyst and funding divisions. Mr. Adams has more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate, including sales, lending and property management.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2012, Mr. Adams’ primary career focus has been in commercial real estate lending. He has been involved in the origination, underwriting, securitization and asset management of non-performing commercial mortgages/properties and corporate loan portfolios for major financial institutions across Canada.
Aaron Hutchison is primarily focused on credit structuring and adjudication, technology and process review, investor relations, and loan administration. He has more than 15 years of combined experience in the commercial and finance industries.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2011, Mr. Hutchison’s banking career started in 2000 at a major Canadian financial institution where he held positions involved in the origination, underwriting and administration of business loans, margined lines, business and commercial mortgages, and construction loans. Mr. Hutchison holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
Mark Achtemichuk, CA, CFAVice President & Managing Director
As part of the commercial management team, Mark Achtemichuk is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with institutional placement partners. Having previously led the mortgage analytics group, he now oversees that group’s development as well as commercial and corporate marketing. Mr. Achtemichuk has more than 18 years of experience in the financial sector.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2010, Mr. Achtemichuk operated his own firm where he counseled real estate development clients regarding various financing and strategic initiatives. He has held several senior positions, including with a Western Canadian developer and at KPMG's Transaction Services practice in the United States. Mr. Achtemichuk is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Glen MalcolmSenior Vice President
Glen Malcolm oversees the commercial capital markets division and is responsible for developing our structured lending, commercial mortgage securitization and fund management programs. Mr. Malcolm has more than 30 years of experience in all facets of commercial mortgage lending, including origination, underwriting, realization, securitization, and syndication.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2011, Mr. Malcolm held several executive level positions in the finance and real estate industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University.
Sam Brown, CADirector
Sam Brown is responsible for the securitization and investment management arm of CMLS. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2011, Mr. Brown spent 3 years as a financial officer with a specialist investments firm in London, United Kingdom. He also worked with a leading audit, tax and advisory services company in their real estate assurance practice in both Vancouver and London. Mr. Brown is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Eric Clark, CFADirector
Eric Clark is responsible for managing MAG’s ongoing business initiatives, including independent mortgage risk analysis, mortgage valuation and asset management software solutions. He has more than 9 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2012, Mr. Clark held various roles in commercial banking, private lending and real estate asset management. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business.
